Summary

Breast Cancer (HTAN, 2022) is a study catalogued by cBioPortal DataHub under the cancer-type code brca. EvidenceHelix groups it with breast studies.

This page is catalog metadata only: what the study is called and where to find it. It does not report findings, mutation frequencies or patient numbers, and it is not clinical guidance.

What this page is

Study description

An omic and multidimensional spatial (OMS) atlas generated from four serial biopsies of an individual with metastatic breast cancer during 3.5 years of therapy. This resource links detailed, longitudinal clinical metadata including treatment times and doses, anatomic imaging, and blood-based response measurements to comprehensive DNA, RNA, and protein profiles. These data report aspects of heterogeneity and evolution of the cancer genome, signaling pathways, immune microenvironment, cellular composition and organization, and ultrastructure (Johnson et al., Cell Reports Medicine, 2022).

Text as published in the source's study metadata.
