Metastatic Melanoma (Immunotherapy Trial, Cancer Cell 2019) - iAtlas Harmonized
Summary
Metastatic Melanoma (Immunotherapy Trial, Cancer Cell 2019) - iAtlas Harmonized is a study catalogued by cBioPortal DataHub under the cancer-type code mel. EvidenceHelix groups it with skin and eye studies.
Study description
Whole-exome sequencing and neoantigen landscape analysis of 158 metastatic melanomas treated with anti-PD-1 monotherapy or combined anti-PD-1 and anti-CTLA-4 therapy and their matched normals. A subset of these patients were treated as part of clinical trials. The reprocessing of raw sequencing data is coordinated by CRI iAtlas (https://cri-iatlas.org/).
